FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERBrandon Rapp has a decade of experience in the public and private sector in the areas of data, strategy, and organizational development. Prior to founding Allouve, a consulting firm with a focus on transforming and elevating purpose-driven companies, he was a strategy consultant at Strategy&/PwC. As a result, he brings a breadth of relevant experience including, data platform evaluation, business analytics, human-centered design, operating model development, project management, and change management. Before consulting, Brandon managed workforce and community development for the Greater New Orleans (GNO) economic development agency, GNO, Inc., with a focus on building equitable career pathways to burgeoning industries in Louisiana.
Brandon holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences (Chemical) from Yale University.
Brandon was born in the New Orleans region, and currently resides in Dallas, TX.

DATA SCIENTISTNate is a data generalist who has worked in data infrastructure and predictive modeling at numerous startups. Most recently, Nate was the senior data scientist at WAIR, a startup that made predictive clothing size recommendations for retailers. Prior to that , he was the first data hire at Bevi, a startup creating smart sparkling water machines.
Before working in tech, Nate earned his Masters in Applied Mathematics from the Brown University, where he was part of the Serre Lab. His interests include data engineering, the modern data stack, machine learning, and applications of statistics to business problems. He have a passion for social justice, public transit, and urbanism.

She began her career as a strategy consultant working at large and boutique firms including L.E.K. and Artisan Healthcare Consulting. Her complex analyses and strategic recommendations supported M&A and business development decisions for private equity, industrial, healthcare, and consumer clients.
Nkem’s strategic orientation lent itself well to the startup world which she joined as the Chief of Staff of a Series B consumer tech brand. There, she led business operations, helped quadruple the business, and closed an acquisition in 4 years. Most recently, she founded a venture-backed chef marketplace that was featured in the New York Times, Food & Wine Magazine, Eater, and more.
She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

ADVISORPhil Migicovsky is the CEO of Cape Coral Capital, an investment and consulting firm. In 2002, Mr. Migicovsky co-founded Tax Ease, a Dallas-based specialty finance company that invested in tax liens in Texas and eight other states. He and his partner built Tax Ease into a $200 Million enterprise before selling the firm to a private equity firm in 2012. Prior to co-founding Tax Ease, Mr. Migicovsky was a partner in The Hampstead Group, a Dallas-based real estate private equity firm where he led or participated in $1 Billion of real estate and business transactions. He also served as a consultant at Arthur Young and Co and as President of Berry R. Co, a real estate investment company.
Mr. Migicovsky has an ideal background to serve as an advisor to growing businesses. Early in his career he worked for Arthur Young & Co as a consultant. As a partner in Hampstead, a private equity firm, he oversaw investments and fully developed his investor perspective. As a co-founder and CEO of Tax Ease, he developed his operator skills and he truly understands the challenges founders face. And since selling Tax Ease, he has worked with several companies as an active investor, helping develop and refine strategies, sharpen operations, bring focus, and raise capital.
Mr. Migicovsky earned a B. Commerce, great distinction, from McGill University in 1976, and his MBA, Baker scholar (top 5%), from Harvard Business School in 1979. Mr. Migicovsky has served on the boards of several non-profits, and has led the strategic planning efforts for two significant community organizations. He has also served as president of the HBS Club of Dallas. He lives in the Dallas area with his wife and he has three adult children.
